Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project from the google drive link "Project.zip"
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity"
3. Connect Quest 2/3 to Meta Link
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Pick up the cube on the left of correctly configured attacher and move it to the incorrectly configured attacher
6. Once the cube is attached to the incorrectly configured attacher, pick it up and observe the Exception being logged in the Console "Mismatched interaction mask, will immediately deselect!" (which is expected) and selection immediately exiting the attacher
Expected Results: XRInteractionManager.SelectEnter() does not allow entering selection with incompatible layer masks
Actual Results: XRInteractionManager.SelectEnter() allows entering selection with incompatible layer masks
Reproducible with: XRIT 3.0.8 - 3.1.1 (6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8)
Could not test on 2021.3.50f1, 2022.3.61f1 due to XRIT scripting errors after downgrading and reimporting samples
