Warning is thrown when a specific layout is used after script recompile

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. In the menu bar click (Layout → Load Layout from File…). and select the attached “Buggy Layout” file
3. Inside the Project window create a new “MonoBehaviour Script” inside of Assets folder
4. Click on the Console window tab while the script file is the naming phase
5. Wait for Script compilation to finish
6. Observe the Console window

Expected result: Warning “The type UnityEditor.CoreModule UnityEditor.FallbackSelectionItem is being serialized by [SerializeReference], but is missing the [Serializable] attribute. To suppress this warning add [Serializable] or use [MakeSerializable].“ is thrown
Actual result: No warnings are thrown

Reproducible with: 6000.3.0a5 (f9a1fab5607a), 6000.3.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.5f1, 6000.3.0a4

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Notes:

• Sometimes bottom Project window goes blank after loading this layout, select a folder from the left side within the window to fix the window not rendering, this issue appears on older versions of Unity than the main issue, but is very inconsistent to test
• In some old versions window title disappears
