Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Import com.unity.graphtoolkit-samples via Package Manager and import Samples
3. Create and open new Graph (Texture Maker Graph)
4. In Blackboard window, create 3 levels of nested groups, each containing a variable (Groups> new variable > Group > new variable > Group > new variable)
5. Minimize Graph Inspector width as much as possible
6. Observe the blackboard

Actual results: Blackboard doesn’t have a horizontal scrollbar when width is minimized and there’s nested groups created
Expected results: Blackboard has a horizontal scrollbar when width is minimized and there’s nested groups created

Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.3f1, 6000.5.0b4, 6000.6.0a2

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3.1 (a) (M1)
