Steps to reproduce:
- Create and open a 3D URP Template Project
- In the Hierarchy add a Cube and select it
- In the Inspector set the Scale of the Z axis to 0
- Observe Game and Scene Views
Actual results: Bloom / Exposure Artifacting around the Cube is visible
Expected results: Setting the Scale of the Z axis makes the Cube act as a Quad and no processing artifacting happens
Reproducible with versions: 2023.3.0a18, 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.8f1, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0a7
Not reproducible with versions: 2023.3.0a17
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
Note: Issue does not seem to appear in an empty HDRP Project
