Package installation and creation fields are not auto-focused in the "Create Package", "Install package from git URL" or "Install package by name" windows after they open

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager
3. Click “+” and select “Install package by name...”
4. Try to type a package name

Actual results: Nothing happens. A user has to click on it one more time that field would be focused.

Expected results: The field should be focused from the beginning.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a3

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b12, 6000.3.0a2

Can’t test with versions: -

Tested on (OS): M1 Max - Sequoia 15.5
