Unity hangs on training_data_interactive/delta_poses/post_0004.abc when importing Time Ghost Character asset via Package Manager for the first time

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-87312" project
2. Open the Package Manager and Import "Time Ghost: Character" into the project (Window > Package manager > Packages - Asset Store)
3. Observe the Editor window

Expected result: Package Manager imports the asset
Actual result: Editor freezes during import

Reproducible in: 2.1.0 (6000.0.23f1), 2.1.1 (6000.0.29f1, 6000.1.0a6)
Could not test with: 2.1.0 (6000.0.28f1, 6000.1.0a5), Issue is only reproducible once on a given machine

Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Note: Time Ghost assets are only supported from Editor version 6000.0.23f1 onward, meaning that the only Sentis package versions compatible with the specific asset would be 2.1.0 and 2.1.1
