"Auto Generate" checkbox reverts back to unchecked after toggling it and is always enabled on the scene

Steps to repro:

1. Open the attached project and SampleScene scene;
2. In the Lighting window (Window>Rendering>Lighting) enable the 'Auto Generate' checkbox.

Expected result:

'Auto Generate' checkbox is enabled after clicking it.

Actual result:

'Auto Generate' checkbox is immediately reverted to unticked after clicking it.

Regression introduced in Version 2022.2.0a15. See attached video.

• Reproducible in Version 2022.2.0a15;
• Not reproducible in Version 2022.2.0a14;
• Reproducible on Windows
• The issue affects only both UI and the auto-mode logic itself - once first clicked, auto-rebaking mode always remains on and the only workaround to turn it off is untoggle the Auto Generate checkbox on the lighting settings asset.
