Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-84819.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Console Window
Expected result: The EditorApplication.isFocused returns True, since it is the focused window
Actual result: The EditorApplication.isFocused returns False
Reproducible in: 2022.3.48f1, 6000.0.21f1
Couldn’t test in: 2021.3.44f1 (because EditorApplication.isFocused does not exist in this stream)
Reproducible on: Windows 11, Windows 10, macOS (Silicon)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
