Android 12 devices crash when skipping half of the Video Players video from URL Source

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "video player.zip" project
2. Make sure the devices wifi is turned on
3. Build and Run for Android
4. On the device touch a white button

Expected result: Video is skipped to the middle
Actual result: App crashes

Reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.16f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a10
