VFX Template is not rendered after expanding the last Category when Category list is scrollable

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open the VFX Template window
3. Shrink the window vertically
4. Scroll to the bottom of the Template list
5. Expand Category 9 (If the category was already expanded after opening the window, collapse it and reopen the Template window)

Actual results: After the Category is expanded, the Template is not visible (But can be selected)

Expected results: Template is rendered immediately after a Category is expanded

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a5, 6000.5.0b5, 6000.6.0a3

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.73f1, 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.4f1, 6000.5.0a4 (Template window either not available, or it opens with all categories expanded by default)

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.3.1

Notes:

• Seems to only reproduce if the Category contains a single Template
• The template appears after scrolling the list
• Appears more frequently when a large number of Templates/Categories is used or when the window is shrunk vertically
