"Select column" modal is displayed too far from the action point

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create/open any project
2. Click the "Global Search" button (Command + K)
3. Update the "Search" window view to "Table view"
4. Hover the mouse over the "Label" column
5. Make a right-click and from the menu select "Add Column"
6. Observe where the "Select Column" popup becomes visible
7. Hover the mouse over the "Description" column
8. Repeat the same action and observe one more time where the "Select Column" popup becomes visible this time
9. Click "+" and add one more column to the table view
10. From that column click one more time "Add column" and observe one more time where the "Select Column" popup becomes visible

Actual Result: Each time the "Select Column" popup appears more distant from the action location.

Expected Result: Popup should become visible at the action location. Video added in the "Attachments" section.

Reproducible with:  2023.2.0a15, 2023.2.0b14, 2023.3.0a11.

Not reproducible with:  2023.2.0a14, 2023.1.17f1, 2022.3.11f1, 2021.3.31f1.
