Profiling mode dropdown remains open after closing the Profiler window

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new or an existing project
2. Open Profiler window (Window -> Analysis -> Profiler)
3. Click on the Profiling mode dropdown to expand it
4. Close Profiler window

Expected results: Profiler window is closed together with any subwindows called from it
Actual results: Profiling mode dropdown remains open

Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.0a17 (different dropdown menu)

Notes:

• Tested with Ubuntu 20.04
• Not reproducible on Mac
• If one of the profiling modes is selected in the remaining dropdown window, upon opening Profiler and expanding the dropdown again this warning is produced: "Should not be capturing when there is a hotcontrol"
