Steps to reproduce:

Open the attached project
Navigate to Assets -> Samples -> Visual Effect Graph -> VERSION_NUMBER -> Learning Templates -> Scenes
Observe the Project window

Actual results: The Scenes directory contains an empty folder for the HDRP_VFX_Learning_Templates Scene

Expected results: No leftover files are present in the Samples

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.56f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a6

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 15.6
