One third of the launch screen does not render and is transparent when the app is not in full screen

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Export iOS Xcode project
3. Run the application on a device where Stage Manager or Windowed mode is enabled
4. Make sure that the application opens in landscape while device itself is in portrait
5. Observe the launch screen 

Actual results: one third of the launch screen is transparent

Expected results: launch screen fully renders

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.65f1, 6000.0.56f1, 6000.2.1f1, 6000.3.0a5
