Steps to reproduce:

Make sure two monitors are available for testing
Set up the secondary monitor to the right of the primary monitor
Create a new URP project
Make sure the Editor is on the primary monitor and maximized
In the Project window, right-click > Create > Material
Select the newly created Material
In the Inspector, click on the "Open Material Popup" button
Observe the opened popup

Actual results: The popup opens on a secondary monitor

Expected results: The popup opens below the button, on the same monitor as it was clicked on

Reproducible with versions: 2023.1.0a4, 6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.3f1, 6000.5.0b4, 6000.6.0a2

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04

Notes:

Could not reproduce on Windows or macOS - not sure if due to setting up issue (Resolution,scaling) or its only affecting linux
Primary display - 3840x2400 scaling 200%, secondary 2560x1440 scaling 200%
