The Include Hidden Layers option in the PSD Importer's Layer Management Panel is not being toggled reliably

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a 2D Project
2. Import the attached psd file and select it in the Project Browser
3. In the Inspector, open the "Layer Management" panel of the Importer
4. Click on the "Include Hidden Layers" checkmark
5. Double click it, uncheck it, unfocus the Inspector Window and try to enable the checkmark again

Actual results: The "Include Hidden Layers" checkmark has to be double clicked to first focus the checkmark, then can you actually enable it. Sometimes you have to click it 3 times, sometimes you have to click it 2 times to disable it

Expected results: Checkmark work the same as all other checkmarks, where as the user can enable and disable them without needing to focus it, all other checkmarks in the Layer Management panel work like that

Reproducible with versions: 8.0.5, 9.0.3, 10.0.0 (2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a7)
