Steps to reproduce:
- Open attached project (GameCenter-TestProject-master.zip)
- Switch to iOS
- Make sure 'Automatically add capabilities' is enabled (in Player Settings/Other)
- Make a build & open the Xcode project
Actual results: Game Center capability is added in the generated Xcode project.
Expected results: Game Center capability is not added.

Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.31f1
