Reproduction steps:
a. Download the project from this link and open the project
b. Build And Run on an Android device
c. Launch the app and click "UIToolkit scene" --> You can see the black screen except for the buttons on the bottom
d. Touch the screen and drag --> You can see the screen blinking
You can see the same issue with the project attached to the Jira ticket [Internal link]. When you launch the app, you can see the black screen
