VFX Sticky Note Title field is removed after deleting the Title text without a way of restoring it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new HDRP 3D Template project
2. Create a VFX graph
3. In the VFX graph window, create a Sticky Note
4. Delete the Sticky note's Title text
5. Click outside the note to unfocus it

Actual results: The Title field is removed without a way of restoring it

Expected results: After the Title text is removed, the field remains for future use (Previous sticky note system), or there is an option to restore the missing field

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a1, 6000.3.0a4

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.63f1, 6000.0.55.f1, 6000.1.15f1, 6000.2.0f1
