Android XR - Import Workers crash when changing Platform

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project with Android installed
2. In Package Manager, install any OpenXR Plugin for your Editor
3. Add File0.txt to the project (can be any file, tested with .wav, .txt and .fbx)
4. Switch Platform to Android
   • If no crash/errors - switch Platform back to original platform and repeat 3. + 4. a few time

Actual results: Import Workers crash and errors are printed

Unexpected transport error from import worker 0. code=10054 error=An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Unexpected transport error from import worker 1. code=10054 error=An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Expected results: No Import Workers crash

Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.58f1, 6000.2.0a9, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.0.45f1

Not reproducible with versions: 

Tested on (OS): Windows11, Windows10, macOS 15.3.2

Notes:

• It crashes only when going to the Android Platform from another Platform, like Windows or Web, or to those platforms from Android. And it does not crash when going between Windows and Web.
• The crashes will only happen:

• • in the first session following the creation of a new project
  • on any subsequent session if Parallel Import is on (Project Setting/Editor/Asset Pipeline/Parallel Import)
