Editor freezes when calling UnityWebRequest.ClearCookieCache with specific URLs in the Play Mode

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity" scene
3. Enter the Play Mode

Expected result: “PostCookies” is printed in the Console, the Editor does not freeze and is interactable
Actual result: The Editor freezes and is not interactable
