To reproduce:
1. Open the user’s project
2. Select “URP-HighFidelity” in the Settings folder
3. Set “New2DRendererData” as Default in the Inspector
4. Open the “Frame Debugger” window (Window → Analysis)
5. Click the “Enable” button
6. Select “RenderLoop.Draw”
Expected result: It has the RenderTarget name
Actual result: RenderTarget name is <No name>
Reproducible with: 2022.1.16f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a10
Could not test with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.9f1 (Assets errors)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.5.1 (Intel)
Note: Not reproducible when “URP-HighFidelity-Renderer” is set as the default renderer
