Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using Universal 2D Template
2. In Project window create any Sprite (Create > 2D > Sprites > Triangle)
3. Open Tile Palette and drag the newly created Sprite
4. Press on “Create New Tile Palette” dropdown to create new Tile Palette
5. Press ( ; ) to toggle Tile Palette Overlay in Scene view
6. In Tile Palette Overlay create new Tile Palette
7. Once created, observe the Console window
Actual results: “Handles.Repaint called outside an editor OnGUI
UnityEditor.GUIView:ProcessEvent (UnityEngine.EntityId,intptr,bool&)” error is thrown in the Console window
Expected results: No errors are thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a4 (53ab01ef978b), 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.6f1, 6000.5.0b7, 6000.6.0a4
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.74f1, 6000.3.0a3 (14d049ebeaff)
