Text is duplicated when pasted into a search field

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. In the Hierarchy window, find the search field and paste something
or
3. Click Window > Package Manager
4. In the search field, paste something

Expected result: The pasted text is exactly the same as the one which was copied
Actual result: The pasted text is duplicated

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a14, 2023.2.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.1f1, 2023.1.0f1, 2023.2.0a13

Reproducible on: Ubuntu 23.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
