The Game view flickers when interacting with the Editor UI and a Reflection Probe in a scene is set to Realtime type on HDR monitors

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the user attached project
2. Open the “IndoorsScene” scene
3. Observe the Game view while interacting with Editor UI

Expected result: Game view doesn’t have black flickers
Actual result: Game view has black flickers

Not reproducible with: 10.10.0 (2020.3.40f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.12f1), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a15)
