Validation message "Profile name is unsupported" is unclear and does not provide information on what is wrong

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open Shortcuts window (Unity > Shortcuts)
3. Select “Create new profile…” from the drop-down next to the "New profile"
4. Enter "TestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTest"
5. Observe the result

Actual results: A user gets "Profile name is unsupported", which is unclear and does not provide information on what is wrong

Expected results: A validation message should specify what's wrong with the profile name (e.g., invalid characters, length, etc.). Examples:

• You’ve reached the character limit
• The limit of [X] characters has been reached
• Input exceeds the maximum allowed length of [X] characters

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.55f1, 6000.1.15f1, 6000.2.0f1, 6000.3.0a4

Not reproducible with versions: -
