The Update() method gets called on a disabled script when added and disabled during runtime

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “bugreport” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene” scene
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Press the “b” key
5. Observe the Console logs

Expected result: The Update() method does not get called
Actual result: The Update() method gets called

Reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.29f1, 6000.0.2f1

Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Note: The Update() method does not get called if the script was added before entering the Play mode
