Unity AI modal window (UnityEditor.PopupWindowContent) stays open on desktop when Editor is minimised (MacOS only)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Make sure AI Assistant package is installed
3. Click AI > Generate new (make sure to click on “Generate new”)
4. Minimise Editor
5. Observe open modal window on desktop

Actual results: AI modal window stays open on dekstop when Editor is minimised

Expected results: AI modal window is closed when Editor is minimised

Reproducible with versions: 1.0.0-pre.3 (6000.2.0b1)

Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro, 2021 (M1), Sequoia 15.3.2
