Closing since this version of the editor is not supported anymore, and there is already a port tracking 2020.3 which is the supported version
Ports created during FB migrationm 2018 not supported
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Aniso.zip project
2. Select Big texture in the Project window
3. Go to the Inspector window, set different Aniso level and press Apply
Expected: re-compression ios not trigger
Actual: re-compression starts
