Incorrect location of hdrp default settings.

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Open HDRP wizard
2.  See General settings and configuration checking. This should be on Editor > Preferences > Graphics

Actual results:  HDRP Wizard shows editor settings

Expected results:  HDRP Wizard only contains validations and migrating links
