Sample Water Surface Node is missing documentation in the VFX Graph

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an HDRP Project
2. Create any VFX Graph
3. Create Node "Sample Water Surface" and select it so it's highlighted
4. Click the ? button that's at the top right corner of the Inspector Window to open documentation

Actual results: ? Documenation links to a 404 page

Expected results: Link to Documentation leads to actual documentation

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.47f1, 6000.1.0b15, 6000.2.0a9

Can’t test with versions: 2022.3.61f1 (No Node)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
