Unity Hub Module icons wrap poorly when they occupy two rows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Unity Hub
2. Go to the Installs tab
3. Next to any version, click on Manage > Add modules
4. Install as many modules as possible (at least 8-9)
5. Once installed, narrow the Hub to as narrow as possible so that modules occupy two rows
6. Observe module icons

Actual results: When the icons wrap to two rows, the layout appears broken: items are crowded and misaligned compared to the single‑row layout

Expected results: The module icons wrap to two rows with consistent padding and alignment; both rows look visually balanced

Reproducible with versions: 3.16.1

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
