Manually building RTAS prevent automatic building in the next scene

Repro steps :

• Open attached project
• Build project and run exe
• Once in the first scene (outside) notice the reflection of the ground and pyramid. In this scene the RTAS is manually buil-
• Press enter to load next scene, notice the mirror sphere shows nothing. In this scene the RTAS is supposed to be built automatically but is empty.

Expected : We should be able to see the box in the sphere
Result : Sphere is black and doesn't reflect anything, only secular lighting from area light
