Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “VFXProjectStripped“ project
2. Open the "SampleScene” scene
3. Enter the Play Mode and wait a few seconds
Expected result: no issues playing the VFX
Actual result: the Editor fatally freezes (if not, reopen the project and try once more)
Reproduced in: 2022.2.13f1 (Intel, M1), 2023.2.0a9 (only M1)
Not reproduced in: 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.0b13, 2023.1.0b10
Could not test in: 2020.3.46f1 (syntax errors)
Regressed in: 2022.2.0b14
Reproduced using: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel), macOS (M1)
Notes:
1. Also reproduced in Player but not every run of the Player
2. Sometimes PC restarted after the reproduction steps
3. The reporter also reproduced using Windows (2060, 2070, 3070; DX11, DX12, Vulkan) but with a low ~5% reproduction chance
4. Building the Library takes a while (~15 minutes), and the Player even longer (~1 hour)
