No pop-up describing the button function appears when hovering on the "Select Preset" button

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project and a new scene in it
2. Select the "Main Camera" GameObject in the Hierarchy 
3. In the Inspector, on the "Camera" Component hover on the settings icon near the three-dot menu to open the "Select Preset" window

Expected results: The pop-up describing the button function appears
Actual results: No pop-up appears

Reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.44f1, 6000.0.17f1

Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
