Project Browser Icons use the wrong Theme and Users are not shown any indication that process will be deferred when switching Editor Theme in Play Mode

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any Project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Open the Preferences Window and go the the "General" tab
4. Switch the "Editor Theme" option
5. Exit Play Mode
6. Switch back to the other "Editor Theme" option

Actual results: Changing Editor Theme whilst in Play Mode does not inform users that this will be deferred until Play Mode is Exited, Dropdown Menu for Editor Theme does not change selection, Asset Preview Theme in the Project Browser is not handled in the same way and switching Editor Theme after exiting Play Mode will retain the other Theme's Preview Icons in the Project Browser

Expected results: Users are informed (e.g. via Warning) that the switch will be made when Play Mode is exited, Project Browser Asset icons are tied to the switch and not handled separately, the dropdown menu for Editor Theme shows the switch of Themes

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.8f1, 6000.4.0b8, 6000.5.0a6
