How to reproduce:

Create a new project
Undock the Scene or Game View panel
Drag the bottom edge upward as far as possible
Observe the Scene view

Actual result: A small margin of the Scene view remains visible (See internal notes)
Expected result: The Scene view is completely hidden

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.13f1, 6000.4.3f1, 6000.5.0b3, 6000.6.0a3

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Workarounds:

Dock the Scene Panel
Undock multiple tabs in a Panel

Note: Not reproducible if multiple tabs are present in a single dock
