Inspector window flickers when a selector is created using a Style Class List Section

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open TestDocument.uxml in the UI Builder
3. Select the VisualElement in the Hierarchy
4. Create a new Selector using the Style Class List section

Actual results: The Inspector panel flickers after the new selector is created

Expected results: No flicker occurs after the selector is created

Reproducible with versions: 2023.2.0a18, 6000.0.38f1, 6000.1.0b6, 6000.2.0a3

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.58f1, 2023.2.0a17

Tested on (OS): macOS 15.3, Ubuntu 24.04

Notes:

• Inspector does not flicker when performing Undo/Redo for the creation action
