This fix will be released as the 2d animation package 9.2.1 or above.
I closed this ticket.
The 2D Animation package 7.1.2 (2021.3) doesn't support the Sprite Library Editor, and the Sprite Editor Window doesn't have a window icon.
We fixed this issue for 10.2.1 and 9.2.1.
This fix will release as the 2d animation package 10.2.1 and above.

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 2D Unity Project
2. Go to Window -> 2D -> Sprite Editor Library
3. Observe the icons
Expected results: The icons are high resolution and not corrupted
Actual results: Some icons are blurry and "+" is corrupted
