Build Profiles - Asset Import Overrides: The title misses some letters when the modal is opened for the first time

How to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles"
3. Click "Asset Import Overrides" and observe it

Actual result: The title in the popup misses a few letters. An attachment is added below in the "Attachments" section.
Expected result: Full title should be displayed.

Note: All the letters are in place when a user opens the same popup for the second time.

Reproducible with:  2023.3.0b1, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a19.
