Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Enable Use new Hierarchy window (Edit > Preferences… > General)
3. Right-click on Hierarchy top bar and enable Active and Static
4. Click on one of the GameObjects in Hierarchy to highlight it and observe the checkboxes
Actual result: Checkboxes in the Active and Static sections are misaligned leaving extra space at the bottom
Expected result: Checkboxes are properly aligned
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a2
Couldn’t reproduce with: 6000.0.63f1, 6000.2.14f1 (No Hierarchy v2)
