Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project
2. Go to Edit>Project Settings
3. Select the HDRP section under Quality in the sidebar
4. Observe the preset labels

Expected result: the labels are displayed correctly
Actual result: the labels get cut off

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20, 2023.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a19
