Create New Tile Palette dropdown text is not centered and text is cut off

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Tile Palette window (Window > 2D > Tile Palette)
3. Press on Create New Tile Palette dropdown
4. Observe Create New Tile Palette dropdown text

Actual result: Dropdown text is not centered vertically within the dropdown bounds and the first letter of the text is cut off
Expected result: Dropdown text is centered vertically within the dropdown bounds and the text is fully visible

Reproducible with: 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.4f1, 6000.3.0b2
Couldn’t reproduce with: 2021.3.56f1 (No dropdown selection)

Reproduced on: Windows 11

Note: Text is not cut off on macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
