Error “Burst error BC1054: Unable to resolve type `T. Reason: Unknown.`” when creating a generic structure with a nested generic type containing another nested generic type

To reproduce:
1. Open the user’s project
2. Open the Console

Expected result: No errors
Actual result: Error “Burst error BC1054: Unable to resolve type `T. Reason: Unknown.`”

Reproducible with: 1.7.4 (2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.16f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a10)

Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.5.1 (Intel)

User’s note: fails to compile when created inside of static Allocate method called from Create generic method, but if created directly in Create method then compiles without errors
