Services section dropdown size is inconsistent with other Project Settings window dropdown

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Project Settings window (Edit > Project Settings…)

3. Select Server section and observe “Will this app be targeted to children as defined by applicable laws?” dropdown size

Actual result: Dropdown is the size of the Project Settings window
Expected result: Dropdown is the size of the text in the dropdown options 

Reproducible with versions: 6000.2.0b7

Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
