How to reproduce:
Open the user attached project
Right-click in the project and "Build AssetBundles" to ensure the "Empty" prefab is in the "StreamingAssets" folder
Enter Play Mode
Exit Play Mode
Build “AssetBundles” again
Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2020.3.25f1, 2020.3.38f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.13f1, 2022.2.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.24f1
Could not test with: 2023.1.0a6 (compiler errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (Intel)
