VertexLit path is broken with Baked Lighting

Repro:

1. Open GFX test project scene 145
2. Bake the scene using LightBaker
3. Observe broken vertex lit path

Note: Convert test to pre-baked and migrate baked part to LightBaker should be part of fixing this bug.
