Reproductions steps:
1. Open the “My project (1)” Project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Open the Lightning Window (Windows > Rendering > Lightning)
4. In the Lightning Window press “Generate Lightning”
5. Observe Reflection Probes in the Scene View
Expected results: Reflection Probes simulate reflections
Actual results: Reflection Probes create artifacts in the simulated reflections
Reproducible with: 2022.2.5f1, 2023.1.0b2, 2023.2.0a3
Could not test with: 2020.3.44f1 (Settings are not available), 2021.3.18f1 (Settings are not available)
Reproduced on: Intel MacOS 13.1
Notes:
- I had to switch to “OpenImageDenoise” as “Optix” not is supported on MacOS
- These settings have to be enabled for the reproduction to occur:
1. Quality > HDRP > Lightining > Light Probe Lightning > Light Probe System > Probe Volumes
2. Graphics > HDRP Global Settings > Camera > Lightning > Probe Volume
3. Graphics > HDRP Global Settings > Camera > Lightning > Normalize Reflection Probes
