Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project
- Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager
- Click “+” and select “Create package”
- Enter the package name and click “Create”
- Select the newly created package for it to appear in the Inspector window
- Close the "Package Manager" window
- Click the “Edit” button in the “Inspector” window
- Find the "Dependencies" section and click "+" under it
- Add long dependency name
- Click in the "Hierarchy" or "Project" tabs
- Click "Save" in the "Inspector - Unsaved Changes Detected"
- Open the Package Manager window again
- Observe the Package Manager window
Actual results: The error section expands excessively, completely obscuring or displacing the package details section
Expected results: The error section should have a defined maximum size that doesn't cause the package details panel to disappear. If the error message is too long to fit within this limited size, it should be truncated.
Or the error section could be included into the scrollview.
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a3

Can’t test with versions: 6000.3.0a2 as package creation functionality landed just in 6000.3.0a3
