Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Move your head and try using hand-tracking
Expected result: Can look around the Scene and hands are tracked
Actual result: Can’t look around the Scene and hands are not tracked
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0b16, 6000.0.11f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.38f1, 6000.0.0b15

- A workaround to switch head tracking back on involves adding a tracked pose driver to CenterEyeAnchor
- A workaround to turn hand tracking back on involves replacing the OculusXR plugin with the OpenXR plugin, adding the Oculus Touch Pro profile, and turning on hand poses
